Study Loan From Banks
Various Indian banks are offering education loans to Indian candidates, which cover tuition fee as well as entire living expenses of one year, without any security. The loan is subject to the terms and condition of the banks on a case to case basis. Upon confirm admission, Aegis will provide necessary documents to facilitate the processing of your bank loan.

Work Assistance
Aegis helps in arranging some paid work or consulting assignments to cover the cost of education.

Paid Internship
Candidates studying at Aegis will be offered two months live internship with leading firms in Mumbai, India.

Aegis offers study loan on case to case basis to needy candidates.

Scholarships
A generous range of scholarships are available to students of all nationalities to support full-time study at Aegis School of Business & Telecommunication. All successful candidates are automatically considered for scholarship support and are notified as part of the admissions process.

Prospective students are encouraged to apply early to ensure they are considered for all scholarship opportunities. Please note that scholarships vary in value and have different criteria on which they are awarded. The different Scholarships awarded on an ongoing basis:

Aegis Graham Bell Scholarship 2012

Aegis School of Business and Telecom has established Aegis Graham Bell Award and scholarships as a tribute to father of the telephony, Sir Alexander Graham Bell. This Award is intended to promote innovation, entrepreneurship in field of Time (Telecom, Internet, Media & Edutainment) and to provide recognition for outstanding contributions in this field.

The scholarship test will be conducted across the country in cities to identify the talented students who can contribute in the field of Time (Telecom, Internet, Media & Edutainment) through their innovative ideas or competency to convert an idea into a reality. Final winners will be awarded with the Aegis Graham Bell scholarship and honoured with a memento in a grand award ceremony in New Delhi.

What Aegis Graham Bell Scholarship recipients will get:

• Certificate of Aegis Graham Bell Scholar.
• Option to study Masters Program in Telecom Management (MPTM) with full scholarship worth INR 450,000.
• Aegis Graham Bell Scholar memento in a grand award ceremony in New Delhi.

Eligibility:

• Bachelors and Masters degree holders of 2011 and 2010 batches
• Minimum score of 60% or 6.5 CGPA or 3.5 GPA (on 4 scale) in BS, BE/BTech, MCA, MTech, MSc and MS.

Selection:
The Selection Committee comprises of eminent leaders from industry and academia under the guidance of Mr. V.P. Chandan, Director Aegis School, Director Punjab Communications and former President of Qualcomm India.
The scholarship test will be conducted across the country in major cities in India: Chandigarh, Delhi, Jaipur,Bhopal, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Pune, Mumbai, Kolkota and Bhubaneswar.

Selection Process for Category 1& 2

• Selection Process for Category 1& 2 is same except candidates applying for Category 2 Aegis Graham Bell Scholar for innovative Ideas; need to submit a white paper/ proposal/ concept note. The concept paper should contain an abstract of not more than 500 -1000 words or one page and the paper itself should not exceed three pages. For Category 2 candidates more weightage will be given on idea than the test scores and academics.

Candidates can bring the recommendation letters at the time of interview and test.

• Short listing for interview

• Interview by Committees

* Candidates who have any one of the following test scores they need not to appear for the aptitude test.
GMAT (Min 600), GRE (min 1000) and CAT (Min 85) (Aegis GRE code is 5730)
